📍 In-Store Exchange Policy
At Cute Paws Boutique, we do not offer returns for in-store purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

You must present the original receipt.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to item availability and must be done in-store at:

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
📦 Online Order Policy
We understand that online orders may involve shipping delays and transit time, so our policy differs slightly:

Exchanges only are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for mailing the item back.
🚫 We do not accept returns or offer refunds for online or in-store purchases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
🐾 Damages or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cutepawsboutique@myyahoo.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right!
