📍 In-Store Exchange Policy

At Cute Paws Boutique, we do not offer returns for in-store purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must present the original receipt.

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability and must be done in-store at:
    3831 W Vine St Suite 89-92, Kissimmee, FL 34741

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

📦 Online Order Policy

We understand that online orders may involve shipping delays and transit time, so our policy differs slightly:

  • Exchanges only are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

    Once approved, we will provide instructions for mailing the item back.

🚫 We do not accept returns or offer refunds for online or in-store purchases.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


🐾 Damages or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cutepawsboutique@myyahoo.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right!
